AVACOM combines autonomous AI customer service with handover to remote human operators. Available through digital signage and web channels, it supports multilingual service while helping organisations address labour shortages and improve customer access.

AvaTraining uses conversational AI avatars for realistic role-play in sales, customer service, and other business settings. Employees can practise repeatedly and receive AI feedback without requiring a manager to conduct every session.

AvaInterview conducts structured first-round interviews through conversational AI avatars. It reduces scheduling and administrative work while providing recruiters with recordings, transcripts, and standardised evaluations. Employers retain final hiring decisions.

Under its vision, “Evolving Humanity with Avatars,” AVITA develops and deploys digital avatars, generative AI, remote-operation technologies, humanoids, and Physical AI. Founded in 2021, AVITA is headquartered in Tokyo, with overseas offices in the UAE and Seoul. The company was co-founded by Professor Hiroshi Ishiguro, a pioneering robotics researcher and one of the world’s leading authorities on humanoid robotics.
AVITA’s competitive strength lies in its proprietary avatar and human-robot interaction technologies, supported by a portfolio of more than 120 avatar- and AI-related patents and pending patent applications, together with extensive real-world deployment experience across retail, financial services, transport, government, and other sectors.
