AVITA Establishes New Overseas Branches in Dubai and South Korea

Accelerating Global Expansion Across the Middle East and Asia

AVITA Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Hiroshi Ishiguro; hereinafter “AVITA”) announced the establishment of new overseas branches in Dubai and South Korea as part of its strategy to accelerate business expansion in the global market.

AVITA provides solutions for digital transformation leveraging avatar and AI technologies, including “AVACOM,” a remote customer engagement service powered by avatars, and “AvaTraining,” an AI-based role-play training support service. These solutions have been adopted not only by companies in Japan but also by businesses overseas.
With the establishment of these new offices, AVITA aims to strengthen its operational base in the Middle East and Asia, deepen collaboration with local companies and partners, and further accelerate its global business development.

In addition, AVITA has been selected for collaboration and business acceleration programs led by the Korean Ministry of SMEs and Startups, as well as an international business promotion program supported by the Ministry of Economy of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Through these initiatives, AVITA is advancing its global expansion with the support of both governments.

Going forward, AVITA will leverage these public-sector programs and its overseas presence to create new customer experiences through the integration of avatar and AI technologies, while contributing to digital transformation on a global scale.
